Get Tag Manager on Wix
Wix is not Google Tag Manager, so connect your container ID under Settings → Marketing Integrations → Google Tag Manager (the native, recommended path). If you prefer, paste the GTM head snippet under Settings → Custom Code instead.
Add a Custom HTML tag
In GTM, create a new tag, choose Custom HTML, and paste the Velo snippet below.
Fire it on Consent Initialization
