Help build the
consent layer.
Velo is built by a small team at Amplio Data in Barcelona. We hire rarely and carefully, and we would rather be honest about that than dress up a careers page with roles that do not exist.
A product of Amplio Data® · Barcelona, Spain
We hire slowly, on purpose
Velo is the product side of Amplio Data, a Barcelona team that spends its days fixing tracking inside marketing departments. We are deliberately small. When we do bring someone in, it is because a real gap opened and the work will not fit any other way. That means we hire less often than most, and we try to make every hire count rather than scale for the sake of it.
How Velo came to beWhat we look for
We do not keep a list of open roles, so think of this as the shape of the people we tend to work well with, whenever the timing is right.
You reach for the proof
We do not ship claims we cannot measure. If you are the kind of person who wants to see the number before believing the story, you will fit right in.
You take privacy seriously
Consent is a promise to a real person, not a box to tick. We want people who treat that promise as the whole point, not an obstacle to work around.
You finish what you start
A small team means there is nowhere for work to hide. We value people who pick something up, see it through, and own the rough edges along the way.
You write to be understood
Our banners read like a sentence and our docs read like a friend explaining them. If you can make a hard thing feel simple, that is a craft we care about.
Small team, close to the work
Close to real teams
We are still embedded in marketing departments every week. The work you do here is shaped by problems we are solving for real clients, not invented in a vacuum.
You see a piece of Velo end to end, from the idea to the thing visitors actually use.
No layers in the way
Decisions are made in a room, or a thread, with the people doing the work. Less process, more judgement, and a real say in what gets built.
Based in Barcelona
We are a Barcelona team and we like working together. We are open to the right person whatever their setup, but the centre of gravity is here.
No perks theatre, no fake urgency
We will not promise you a beanbag empire or pretend a role is closing on Friday. What we can offer is honest work on a product people rely on, senior colleagues who know tracking inside out, and the room to do something properly. If that sounds thin next to a glossy careers page, that is rather the point.
See what Velo doesmarketing teams have trusted the people behind Velo with their tracking.
That is the work you would be joining: the same hands on, senior craft that built Velo in the first place, now folded back into the product every week.
Figures reflect Amplio Data's client work, the practice that Velo grew out of, not a guarantee of any particular result.
No open roles right now
We are not hiring at this moment, and we would rather tell you that plainly than leave a stale listing up. If you care about consent and tracking and think you would be a good fit one day, send a note. We read every one, and we keep the good ones close for when a real role opens.
